Buffs Studio is a UK-based online shop selling handmade and bespoke products through a WooCommerce website.

Products

All products sold by Buffs Studio are handmade, and many items are made to order. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute a fault.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but may not be an exact representation of the final item.

Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are confirming that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it, particularly for bespoke or made-to-order items.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Buffs Studio does not store or have access to your payment details.

Posting and Delivery

Orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed & Tracked delivery.

Please allow 7–10 working days for handmade or bespoke items to be made before dispatch. Delivery times begin once the item has been posted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. Please refer to our Posting, Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs and branding, is the property of Buffs Studio and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
